About the Log File Uploader

The EQ2Mission Log File Uploader is a small application that you run on your computer to upload EQ2 log files to this site faster.

The Uploader will remove any chat messages such as tells, channel chat, and guild chat before uploading. It will then compress what's left and upload it to this site.

1. First, download the client.
2. Run the client. You should see something like this appear:
   
3. Paste in your private authentication token. To find out yours, sign in to your account and view this page again, or create an account if you have not done so yet.
4. If you want to have files automatically renamed prior to uploading them, select that checkbox. This will rename files written by EQ2 to a filename that includes the date the file was last written.
5. Click on the "Upload File" button to select which file to send. As soon as the file is selected, the file will be processed and uploaded.
6. Check out your log file listing to verify that it has been uploaded and see when it has been processed.
7. If you did not elect to have the file automatically removed, manually move the file somewhere else, or delete it. This prevents uploading the same file more than once.
